 Terms of Service
All students booking into the Wesley Medical Reception and Terminology course, have read and agreed to the terms and conditions of service as outlined in 'Student Services' at the top of the Wesley Health website and have read and understood the 'Student Handbook'.

Secure Payment
Paying for your course online at wesleyhealth.com.au is totally safe. We use strong, 128-bit encryption on all transfer of information between you and us on our secure payment forms. Even if third parties intercepted snippets of information between you and our servers, it will be useless scrambled information. This means there is no chance of anyone using your credit card number and expiry to run up a huge bill on your card. Even after your details reach our office - immediately after processing at our end, they are purged from our computer.

Our Secure Servers hosted in Western Australia have Thawte Cerfication.
We strive at providing a safe and easy way to purchase online or offline. Our online payment system runs on the most reliable and secure software packages available, but if you want to place your order via phone or fax, please contact our sales team and feel free to use the way that makes you most comfortable.

Privacy Policy
General Policy: Wesley protects the privacy of its students. We share only that data necessary for validation of credit transactions and verification of identity with our financial institution.

Database: Wesley maintains a private customer database for its own use. In accordance with accreditation guidelines, we must keep records on file for 30 years. We don't offer any of your data to any other entity or third party

Implied Consent: Customers paying online at wesleyhealth.com.au give implied consent to implementation of these policies, as set forth below.

Refusal of Consent: By denying reasonable access to personal information necessary to complete and verify a transaction, a prospective customer surrenders the right to transact with Wesley Health Management

Personal data: Wesley does not share individually identifiable personal data obtained through the order process, other than credit experience, with any other entity.

Credit Data: Wesley reserves the right to exchange individual credit data and credit experience as any other organization may do in the course of business. This policy protects the order process on the Internet and promotes individual responsibility. (back to top)

Refunds & Exchanges

Medical Reception Cancellation Policy


 

Bookings are firm and no refunds will be given.  Failure to attend without prior notificaton will forfeit all monies paid.  5 days notice is required prior to the course start date, to transfer to another start date.  Transfers with less than 5 days notice of course start date may be considered with a transfer fee of $45.00 payable.  Should you be unable to attend a substitute participant is welcome. Should the entire course not go ahead and be cancelled by Wesley Health a refund will be considered. Any discount offered is available only at the time of booking and may not be applied retrospectively.

If a candidate misses a session, they will be required to repeat the session in the next available course schedule, a rebooking/transfer free of $45.00 applies to cover administration and catering costs.   Please contact Head Office to facilitate this, as soon as possible.


 

Computing Course Cancellation and Transfer Policy

Computer Labs are expensive to hire.  Bookings are firm and no refunds will be given.  Failure to attend without prior notification will forfeit all monies paid.   14 days notice is required to transfer to another date, a $45.00 transfer fee may be imposed.   Should you be unable to attend a substitute participant is welcome.
